Returns and Exchanges Policy

This Returns and Exchanges Policy applies only to:
1) Purchases made online on or
2) Purchases made at The BSG Store directly (Toronto, ON Canada) 

Purchases made through Bio Seaweed Gel at trade shows and pop up events are final sale. Purchases made through third-party sellers are not covered under this policy (ie. Amazon, third party supply/retail store who are not a part of our official Distributor list etc.).

Important note: Despite our best efforts to provide an universal colour display and to depict the colour as true as possible online; due to various device display settings/monitor settings colours shown online may vary in person. In this regard, in the event that a customer is unsatisfied with the colour match shown online and seen in person please see below the return policy details.

Returns & Exchanges Details 

  • All sale items purchased in stores or online are final sale

  • You have 30 days from the original date of purchase to return or exchange  any in-store or online purchase

  • Exchanges are currently only accepted in-store at The BSG Store in Toronto, ON Canada (excluding Defective Products) 

  • Must provide proof of purchase by receipt

  • Full refunds will go back to the original method of payment

  • You may return product(s) in Bio Seaweed Gel store(s), or you can ship the product(s) back to our head office

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipment costs, with the exception of returning defective product(s) please see below for details

  • Bio Seaweed Gel is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in transit

  • We ask customers to please keep proof of postage or return tracking number when shipping back your returns

Returning Brand New, Unused Product(s)

  • We offer a full refund to the original form of payment, exchange (in-store only) or store credit 

Returning Opened and Used Product(s)

  • We offer a refund with a 30% restocking fee to the original form of payment, exchange (in-store only) or store credit 

Returning Defective Gel Product(s)

  • We offer a full refund, exchange, or store credit on manufacturer’s defects

  • Customer must contact us via email or phone with proof items are defective

  • Bio Seaweed Gel will cover the return shipment costs of defective product(s) and will provide a prepaid shipping label when required

Price Adjustments

Prices are subject to change at anytime without advance notice. Please note we do not price match third party sellers (ie. Amazon, third party supply store/retail etc). Should you notice a price change within 24 hours of your purchase from or in-stores directly with Bio Seaweed Gel, we will offer you a price adjustment. 

  • You must contact us via email or phone with a valid receipt of your purchase

  • Bio Seaweed Gel will match the new price and refund you the difference in store credit or an e-gift card

  • Location sales are excluded from price adjustments (ie., in-store popup sales, trade-shows)
