Say good bye to dry nails and cuticles from acetone and other removers and step into the new age of nail care removal with UNPOLISHED. A gentle, big 5 free, vegan-friendly and paraben-free gel, nail lacquer and dip powder mask remover.

Do you struggle with nail product removal? Not familiar with a drill? Tired of strong-smelling acetone drying up your nail beds? Our remover is designed to remove your manicure safely layer by layer, leaving you with hydrated nails. Continue reading to learn the steps by steps on how to use UNPOLISHED to remove a gel mani.

STEP 1

Use a Printed Nail File to break the seal of your polish. Remove as much shine as possible.

STEP 2

Apply an even layer of UNPOLISHED across your entire nail. This layer should be similar to the thickness of a quarter coin. Avoid skin contact and cap the free edge.

STEP 3

Allow the mask to sit for 3-4 minutes, do not allow the mask to entirely dry. UNPOLISHED must remain wet in order to be removed effectively.

STEP 4

Use an orangewood stick or any nail tool to push off the softened mask and gel polish.
Note: UNPOLISHED is not a burst remover, your polish may not look like it’s crumbling off. However, it should be softened at this point.

STEP 5

Use a DMA Buffer to continue buffing and removing softened gel mask and polish.

STEP 6

Repeat steps 2-5 at least 2-3 times or as needed, applying UNPOLISHED only to areas with polish left. UNPOLISHED will remove your product safer layer by layer.

STEP 7

Wash your hands with warm water and soap. Moisturize your nails, cuticles and hands with hand lotion and Cuticle Oil.

I usually do the soak off method to get my gel polish off

Bri July 25, 2023

I typically soak off with acetone that has moisturizers or I’ve started using a peel off base so I don’t have to soak off.

Bridgette July 23, 2023

I’ve been using acetone :( or I use nail glue to apply gelX press-ons and soak off with warm, soapy water. I’d love to try Unpolished! Acetone destroys my skin.

Lianna Pisani July 21, 2023

Really curious to try Unpolish!

Crystal July 20, 2023

I look forward to trying this. Soaking off in acetone is so harsh!

Jen July 13, 2023

For nail lacquer I use regular polish remover, I recently got the Unpolished remover for gel polishes

Amanda Freitas July 12, 2023

Removal is the biggest barrier to having my nails done, personally. So glad there’s a new alternate solution!

Carlie July 12, 2023

Would love to try this

Marquise Griffin July 12, 2023

Have really wanted to try the unpolished gels!
It would really change the game if I didn’t have to soak acetone anymore! :o

Kat L July 12, 2023

I really like unpolish for removing gel!

Rebecca July 12, 2023
