One Year Limited Warranty Policy

At Bio Seaweed Gel we offer a one (1) year warranty on all electronic goods purchased directly through Bio Seaweed Gel. In this regard, any Bio Seaweed Gel electronics purchased from a third-party seller (ie. Amazon, third party supply/retail store etc) will not be covered under this warranty policy. Bio Seaweed Gel will replace any electronic goods (at our discretion) free of charge within one (1) year from the date of purchase if it is deemed defective in workmanship or original materials. All Bio Seaweed Gel electronic goods comes with a one (1) year warranty card which the customer must fill out and keep, along with original receipt. 

This Warranty Does Not Cover 

  1. Damage due to customer physical mishandling or abuse, such as but not limited to dropping, incorrect voltage supply or improper adapter use

  2. Tampering, such as attempted repair or product disassembly by customer

  3. Maintenance past one (1) year from the date of purchase

  4. When the LED bulbs of the lamp has neared its life expectancy through lamp consumption*

* Lamp Consumption 

Much like incandescent or fluorescent light bulbs, LED light bulbs will start losing power and eventually burns out through lamp consumption. With Bio Seaweed Gel LED/UV lamps, you may get up to 10, 000 hours of power, keeping in mind lamp consumption starts at first use.

This Warranty Does Cover

  1. Receiving the product in a damaged condition

  2. Receiving the product with a broken adapter

  3. Receiving the LED/UV lamp with flashing/incorrectly working bulbs

Please note if the product is received in these conditions, contact Bio Seaweed Gel at via email or phone number within thirty (30) days of discovered defect.

How to File a Claim for Warranty

To start a claim for warranty please email us at onlinesales@bioseaweedgel.com and provide the following information:

  1. Detailed explanation of the product defect, include video or photo(s)

  2. Proof of purchase receipt or order number 

Our team will do our best to help by first troubleshooting any issues via email or phone.

In the case that our team will need to further review the product(s) in person, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs of said product(s) to the warehouse for further testing and inspection.

If the product is deemed defective Bio Seaweed Gel will send a brand-new replacement and will cover the shipping costs to the customer.

If the product is deemed non-defective and fully functional, we will send back the original item(s) and cover its shipping cost.
