We offer a range of shipping options to suit your needs. Please refer to the chart below for our shipping services and their respective costs:
Order Processing
We strive to process and fulfill orders placed before 3 PM ET on the same day, excluding weekends, holidays, and during sale or promotional periods. If same-day processing isn’t possible, please allow up to 3 business days for order processing and verification.
Once your order is processed and fulfilled, please allow an additional 1-7 business days for delivery.
Delivery Estimates
All orders shipped within Canada are handled by Canada Post. The estimated delivery times vary based on the destination province. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be subject to delays due to factors beyond our control.
- AB, BC, MB, NB, NL, ON, PE, QC, SK: 1 - 5 business days
- NT, NU, YT: 6-7 business days
Holidays, Sale and Promotional Period
During holidays, sales, or promotional periods, please expect extended processing and delivery times of up to 7 business days.
Tracking your Shipment
Once your order has been fulfilled, you will automatically receive tracking information via email. You can track and view your shipment status 24/7 online at www.canadapost.ca. Please allow up to 24 hours for your order tracking to be live on the carrier website.
Out of Stock Items
All orders are subject to availability. If one or more items in your order are out of stock, we will notify you via email with options to substitute the item(s) or receive a refund to your original payment method. If we do not receive a response within 3 business days, we will automatically issue a refund for the out-of-stock item(s) and proceed with processing and fulfilling the rest of your order.
Modifications to Order
Once you have completed your purchase, we are unable to alter or modify your order in any way.
Cancellation of Order
If you would like to cancel an order, please e-mail us at onlinesales@bioseaweedgel.com with your order number (or reply to your order confirmation email) as soon as possible, and we will do our best to assist you. Please note that order cancellations may not always be possible as we strive to process and fulfill all orders promptly.
Missing Order Package?
We apologize for any inconvenience caused by our shipping carrier partners. Please check for the order package(s) in and around your front, back, and side doors, porches, bushes, mailbox, community mailbox, lobby/concierge, and with neighbors.
If you still have not received your order package after seven days of the delivery date, please contact us directly at onlinesales@bioseaweedgel.com for more assistance.
International Orders
We offer international shipping so customers can enjoy BSG products worldwide. Please note that, at this time, we do not ship BeBio Nail Lacquers, BEYOND Nail Lacquers and Dip Powder Liquids internationally.

Once received, we will provide an order summary and shipping quote. Please note that shipping quotes and timeframes will depend on the value, weight, and size of your order.
All international orders will be quoted individually based on weight and preferred shipping standards. We ship internationally with DHL Express and Canada Post International. This cost includes shipping and insurance of your order. Additional duties, taxes, or custom fees due upon delivery are the responsibility of the customer.
