Currently our online store only ships to addresses and PO Boxes in Canada. Orders are processed and fulfilled Monday – Friday during our business hours. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed and fulfilled the following business day.
To ensure your package is properly delivered in a timely manner, please make sure your shipping address is correct. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase. Within Canada, Bio Seaweed Gel ships with Canada Post Expedited Parcel ™ for an estimated delivery standard of 1-7 business days depending on province.

Processing and Delivery Time
Here at Bio Seaweed Gel, we do our best to ensure that your order is processed and fulfilled the same day it is placed (not including weekends, holidays, sale and promotional period). If your order is successfully placed before 1PM EST on a business day, we will fulfill on same day. In the event we are unable to process and fulfill the same day, please allow up to 3 business days for order processing and verification.
After your order is processed and fulfilled, please allow an additional 1-5 business days for delivery. Refer to shipping chart above for estimated delivery times.
Holidays, Sale and Promotional Period
If your order is placed during a holiday, sale or promotional period, please expect an increased process and delivery time of up to 7 business days. Despite our best efforts to pack and fulfill your order as diligently and accurate as possible on the same day, due to high volumes we may not be able to.

Out of Stock Items
All orders are subject to availability. In the event that one or more of the items in your order are out of stock: we will notify you via email, automatically issue a refund to your original payment for the out of stock item(s) and proceed to process and fulfill the rest of your in-stock order.
Modifications to Order
Once you have completed your purchase, we are unable to alter or modify your order in any way.
Cancellation of Order
If you would like to cancel an order, please e-mail us at email@example.com with your order number (or reply to your order confirmation email) as soon as possible, and we will do our best to help. Order cancellations may not always be possible as we strive to process and fulfill all orders as soon as possible.
Missing Order Package?
We apologize for any inconveniences on behalf of our shipping carrier partners. Please check for the order package(s) in and around your front, back and side doors and porches, bushes, mailbox, community mailbox, lobby/concierge and neighbours.

We offer international shipping for our customers to enjoy BSG products anywhere in the world. All international orders are shipped via DHL Express.
Please note at this time, we do not ship the BeBio/BEYOND Nail Lacquers or Dip Powder Liquids internationally.

All international orders will be quoted individually based on weight and preferred shipping standards. We ship internationally with DHL Express and Canada Post International. This cost includes the shipping and insurance of your order. Additional duties, taxes or custom fees due upon delivery are the responsibility of the customer.
