    Allergic to gel polish

    I bought this base coat when a friend recommended it to me after she had seen it on Reddit. I developed a gel polish allergy a few years ago and wasn’t able to do a gel polish manicure. I used the base coat to see if that was an option for me to do my manicures with, so far I don’t have any allergic reaction. I couldn’t be happier to be able to do my nails again and even happier that my polished nails will last longer. Nothing compares to gel polish if you want your polish to last 2 weeks or more.

    Quite a disappointment!

    I just purchased the Pro 6 UV/LED light as well and I used it with the base coat. Let's just say that I did a thin layer of the base, and using the Pro 6 light for 10 minutes still would not completely cure the base coat. It was sticky to the touch. I don't understand what happened. I thought maybe my light was defective, but it cured coloured polish and top coat no problem in the 120s timer. I would not recommend.

    We want to take this time to let you know that the Base-1 Base, will continue to have a 'sticky to the touch' layer, after a full cure. This layer must remain sticky for proper colour adhesion. Please make sure to only cure for 30 seconds.
