Returns Policy

This Returns Policy applies only to:
1) Purchases made online on bioseaweedgel.ca/com or
2) Purchases made at The BSG Store directly (Toronto, ON Canada) 

Purchases made through Bio Seaweed Gel at trade shows and pop up events are final sale. Purchases made through third-party sellers are not covered under this policy (ie. Amazon, third party supply/retail store who are not a part of our official Distributor list etc.).

Important note: Despite our best efforts to provide an universal colour display and to depict the colour as true as possible online; due to various device display settings/monitor settings colours shown online may vary in person. In this regard, in the event that a customer is unsatisfied with the colour match shown online and seen in person please see below the return policy details. 

Please email us at onlinesales@bioseaweedgel.com to start a return, be sure to include your original order number.

Returns Details 

  • We only offer refunds or e-Gift card store credit for eligible items, no exchanges
  • All clearance items marked down 50% or more from original price purchased in stores or online are final sale, no exchanges, refunds or credit
  • Refunds will go back to the original method of payment, or issued as an e-Gift card credit for any future use (no expiry date), less any original and/or return ship costs
  • Exchanges are currently only accepted in-store at The BSG Store in Toronto, ON Canada
  • You have 30 days from the original date of purchase to return. As of March 1, 2020 this has been extended to 60 days until further notice
  • Must provide proof of purchase by receipt and/or original order number 

  • You may return product(s) at the BSG Store, or you can ship the product(s) back to our warehouses.

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipment costs. There is a $10 flat-rate ship cost for the use of a prepaid return label that will be deducted from the final refund or e-Gift card credit

  • Bio Seaweed Gel is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in transit

  • We ask customers to please keep proof of postage or return tracking number when shipping back your returns

Returning Brand New, Unused Product(s)

  • We offer a full refund to the original form of payment, exchange (in-store only at the BSG Store) or store credit 

Returning Opened and Used Product(s)

  • We offer a refund with a 30% restocking fee to the original form of payment or e-Gift card credit 

Damaged/Defective Product(s)

  • We offer a free replacement with complimentary shipping for any item(s) deemed as damaged or defective upon receipt 

  • Customer must provide proof of defective item(s) through video and/or photo by email.

To Start a Return:

1. Download and fill out our Returns Form

  • Email this form to us onlinesales@bioseaweedgel.com
  • Once we receive your return form, we will email you a pre-paid return label
  • $10 return ship cost will be deducted from your return amount

    2. Ship back any item(s) to Bio Seaweed Gel

  • Be sure to carefully package the items safely
  • Bio Seaweed Gel is not liable for any return packages that may become damaged, lost or stolen in transit. In this regard, we ask that you keep proof of postage or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.

    3. Wait for us to receive the return package
    We will contact you to process your refund on the original form of payment, or issue your credit in e-Gift card on eligible returns.

Price Adjustments

Prices are subject to change at anytime without advance notice. Please note we do not price match third party sellers (ie. Amazon, third party supply store/retail etc). Should you notice a price change within 24 hours of your purchase from www.bioseaweedgel.com/ca or in-stores directly with Bio Seaweed Gel, we will offer you a price adjustment. 

  • You must contact us via email or phone with a valid receipt of your purchase

  • Bio Seaweed Gel will match the new price and refund you the difference in e-Gift card credit 

  • Location sales are excluded from price adjustments (ie., in-store popup sales, trade-shows)
